Basically Cam Newton was ruled eligible based on the fact that his dad solicited money from schools. However, there is no evidence other than testimony to suggest that he ever took money, or that his family did. U$C, however, will be all over the NCAA about this, and will probably win some breathing room from those sanctions, as much as I hate it. Disgusting.
