Lane Questionable For Oregon State
UCLA freshman forward Brendan Lane sprained his left ankle on the final play of practice on Tuesday and is questionable for Thursday's game against Oregon State.
I am really worried about what our front court is going to look like if neither Lane or Nelson can go against the Beavs. It will probably mean a lot of minutes for both Bobo and Drago, which is not overly encouraging. Though it will also hopefully give Moser a chance to get some meaningful minutes to show what he can do.

Come on!
The injury bug has bitten us hard this season! We definitely don’t need that with this team. I hope Lane can play because we have few games left and I want him to get as much experience as possible.

how long does it take to heal a sprained ankle?
Google tells me at least a week…is there even a possibility he can play in any of the Oregon school games?
Depends on the severity of the sprain

Yup ....
from personal experience, so-called “high ankle” sprains can take months to heal, especially if one tries to come back too soon. Hopefully, Lane’s injury is less severe and he is a quick healer like most of us were in our youth, in which case, we might even see him Thursday.
Be careful what you ask for...
Many of us have been wanting to see more minutes for Bobo and Moser. It’s a shame that if it happens this week, it is due to injury instead of a coaching decision. My guess is that if either or both have to play significant minutes, it could get ugly, but, at least ugly with a purpose.
