While this appears to be a serious discussion of troubled programs, I see it as an attempt to minimize what has been going on at good old SCandal U. Both of those other programs combined do not equal what has been going on under Cheat Carroll. But, watching this puff piece you would think A) this goes on everywhere and SC is no exemption and/or B) You just don’t get the entire scope of wrong doing that went on.
