It's this type of enthusiasm
and energy that I think will make Lea a good fit for the staff. He has his downsides, as anyone that young an inexperienced has, but I think the rest of the staff more than make sup for it and he makes up for some of the rest of the staff’s weaknesses. I can’t wait to see him out on the recruiting trail.
