Oregon St. at UCLA Video Highlights

(Credit: all video clips edited from recorded Prime Ticket cable TV broadcast)

First off, if you missed this during the commercial break, Spencer Soo gives a little hope to all of us who are height-challenged.

Game videos follow after the jump.

Star-divide

The "Toolbox" Show

Tyler Honeycutt hit his first five shots and was six of seven for 13 points in the first half against the Beavers. He also had five rebounds, and a block. His second assist, a long pass to Malcolm Lee for an easy dunk, gave the Bruins a 10 point lead to end the half.

TH would only score five points in the second half, but blocked four more shots and  hit a key 3-pointer to keep the Bruins ahead when the lead had dwindled down to a single point. On the very next play his steal led to a bucket and the lead was back to six points.

A big "what if" the Toolbox had been available all season . . .

Soo kicking the net?!

That is sick!

I thought TH looked great from following the thread. I said mid-season he’d be our best player by the end of the year. It looks like he’s there.

Thanks, as always, for the videos, Tele.

its sad that soo can dunk like that

and everyone other than honeycutt can barely dunk on this team

Thanks Tele

And your last point is definitely a reason why I think CBH has actually done a good job this season (Rago minutes notwithstanding). I’d say it would be a swing of 4 games in our favor if TH had been in the lineup all season.

But hey, what do I know. I’m just the 800 lbs bruin in the room.

What if indeed

if he hadn’t been injured, and played all season like he played last night…

…he’d be NBA bound for sure. Maybe it’s just as well, since we really need him next season!!!
