and
he continues to prosper. He’s the example any player should live by.

Can the UCLA athletic department PLEASE ask DC to come back and speak to our current players. Talk to them about hard work and what it takes for a dedicated player to learn from Coach Howland, thrive on the court for UCLA and consequently improve their own NBA stock in the process. A selfish ‘me-first’ attitude yields results like we’re seeing with Jrue Holiday, and even more so with Drew Gordon.
Holiday is doing fine in the NBA
He’s a regular starter, and as I’m typing this he has 15 points, 4 assists and 2 steals in the 2nd quarter against Orlando. He has a ways to go in his development, but for the youngest player in the league, he’s far ahead of the curve.

I’ve said it before (and so have many others here).
Jrue is a very nice kid. Not a Bruin warrior. Barely a Bruin at all.
But yes, best of luck to him. I just doubt he’ll reach the all-around potential he came into Westwood with.
