Christian Ramirez Moved To Secondary
This according to the Daily Bruin Sports twitter. It was pretty obvious that Ramirez wasn't going to break into the rotation this year after his performance last season, but we seem pretty stout in the secondary so the move is a bit surprising.

Didn't realize he's a redshirt Senior.
I thought he graduated after this year. His career is over. But nice to know what happened to him.
Proud of him for sticking it out
I remember he was pretty unhappy with being demoted from the starting RB job last year and didn’t really deal with it that well (at least as far as what went public). Hopefully, this will give him a fresh start w/ a new coach (Bullough vs Chow) and he’ll make the most of it.

Why hasn't he been kicked off the team yet?
If he gets an interception he’ll fumble the ball just like his car keys.
C'mon Bruin...
That’s not the way we do things at UCLA. We have honor and loyalty. Coming out to play ball and falling short may not get you PT, but it doesn’t get you kicked off the team. I can just see the recruiting pitch now: “Hey kids, come play for UCLA! But be forewarned, if you don’t get meaningful PT by your JR year, then you’ll just have to go complete your education elsewhere ‘cause we’re trying to get a trophy over here and we only care about you to the extent that we can exploit you to that end – your future be damned.” C’mon Bruin, that’s the attitude across town, not over here. Champions made here – champions for life.
he could compete
with love and dye (at least physically) at ss. i hope he has a nasty streak…
