Good Luck to Bobo!!
Hope he succeeds on the court, in the classroom, and in life.

Better Fit
I had the pleasure of watching Baylor in the early rounds of the NCAA tournament in person. They looked tall on TV, but up close you can see how they really take advantage of tall and long players to eliminate space for the opposition. I hope that he finds success there. Good luck!
Butler would have been an even better fit
The young coach’s flexible, articulate, people oriented style of coaching should get more out of him, although he needs to really work on his footwork & offense to play in their rapid man to man, sometimes double team stifling defense that accelerates into quick bursts of offense whenever turnovers occur.
Too bad at Pauley, they totally neglected his needs. Instead, they expected him to come and instantly contribute, sink or swim within some stagnant, irrelevant strategies of errant long shots and slow, deliberate defense.
I disagree
…unless you’re thinking of Moser instead of Morgan. Nothing we’ve seen from Morgan leads me to believe he’s suited to play m2m and move around to double team effectively. Wasn’t that a big reason he never got on the floor with last season’s squad?
Well,
having had some experience with it myself…it is very important to be physically near a loved one who has cancer.
My best wishes to Bobo—I’ll miss his smile—and to his grandmother.
Love My Bruins
+1
I’ve always been a Bobo fan.
I think Baylor is a great place for him and I think he’ll thrive in their system.
Bobo, best wishes to you and your grandmother.
sjh
Chris, yes & no, really....
All that glitters must have meant something gold.
In other words, there had to be something about him to have ranked as high as he did in high school. Whoever at UCLA that scouted him must also have seen something worthwile to sign him from LSU too.
I would understand well too, if his grandmother’s cancer, was the reason he chose Baylor. Bless his heart.
he was coming off injury
I think the staff just misprojected what kind of athlete he could be. It happens. Both sides ended up in a bad fit.

Sounds like a good fit
Tough to hear about his grandmother, but this looks like the best place he could have landed.
Best wishes to you and yours, Bobo!
