Shouldn't USC's Ruling Come Any Day Now?

Tomorrow will mark the end of 10 business weeks since the U$C* hearings. Is it possible that the NCAA will delay the ruling past the initial time-frame they indicated? Not surprisingly, the OC Register is aware of this time-table. So what's going on?
