Marquis Jackson waffling

Apparently Marquis Jackson is reconsidering UCLA per Scott Wolf

Defensive end Marquis Jackson from College of the Canyons, who committed to USC in February, might not play for the Trojans after all.

Jackson (Birmingham High of Lake Balboa), the twin brother of USC defensive end Malik Jackson, attended the Trojans' practice Saturday and said he was not sure where he would go to school in the fall.

"I'm just going to weigh my options. 'SC is definitely at the top," Jackson said.

Jackson said UCLA is the only other school he is considering.

I am not sure how I feel him anymore. I was under the impression that he was considered an academic causalty, which was the cause of him switching to his verbal USC. The guy just seems like drama. There is something to be said for someone who makes a commitment and sticks with it. I remember Iuna Kavienga(sp?), the guy who gave us and BYU the run around a couple years ago. He wanted to recommit, but the staff wasnt going to accept it.

I wonder if the Nue will even take him back, considering the all the young depth we have a DE. Although I have never seen him play. Does anyone think he is worth it? Personally, I believe commiting to SC is a character flaw. Take him or leave him I guess.
