…who claims Jack was out. Years later, he was with Robinson at an event, and he asked Jackie’s opinion on the play. the Dodger just smiled, winked and said it was close!
Both class acts!
Such is sports
that it provides these great moments. 55 years after the fact these great competitors are able to meet and they are still discussing the veracity of the call.
