I am amazed it took this long. If the SUC appeal becomes lengthy it could cost SUC 's 2010 class their bowl game for their 2nd and 3rd years and cut their scollies for their 2nd, 3rd and 4th years. Keep appealing SUC, maybe you can screw your 2011 class while you are at it.
