Despite being a trogan and some of the crude remarks made about UCLA in the past I kinda like Scott Wolf. His snarky remarks about Carroll and everything U$C makes him readable.

Nikias takes over in August, and one of his first decisions will concern Garrett’s future. They enjoyed a close relationship the past few years as Nikias worked under president Steven Sample. But that was before sanctions and those insensitive comments.

This is a public issue. Mikey the brain surgeon made his stupid remarks in public and for publication. Many people have spoken out about those asinine remarks, including a couple of trogans who thought they warranted discipline. As far as I know, no one connected with just$c* administration has made any comments. No one has stood up and said “I can’t speak for the school because the school hasn’t taken an official position, but I can speak for me. I reputidate those remarks. I disassociate myself from those remarks. I ask as a private citizen and trOJie fan that Mikey resign because he’s obviously too stupid to remain on the job.”

I haven’t heard that said. More important, no one on the NCAA appeals committee has heard it said, either. It’s that pesky institutional arrogance once again. No trOJie will ever ever admit the emperor has no clothes.
