So Patrick Capper Haden (yes, that’s his middle name) now stands in the cleats of Mike "Retirement Package" Garrett. What kind of professional is this erudite man of laws? Well, not good enough for the State Bar of California.

According to the State Bar Website, Haden does even practice law. Why? Because he is too gosh darn cheap to pay his Bar dues. He was suspended from the practice of law on July 1, 2008 because he did not pay his Bar dues. And he remained suspended until today. Effective today, P. Capper Haden, became an inactive member of the State Bar rather than a suspended member.
