Nick Saban appeared at SEC Media Days today and railed against the involvement of agents in college football, eventually calling them pimps. Good call, Saban. Indeed, agents and money (and ESPN) are ruining, or have already ruined, collegiate athletics. But Saban should get no credit for calling them out. Class of 66 elucidated this over 2 years ago here in BruinsNation. I'm not accusing Saban of stealing 66's intellectual material. I'm just pointing out that wiser minds realized this and spoke this long ago. Everyone hailing Saban's comments can now direct his applause toward Houston.
