NCAA Penalizing Arizona Basketball For Recruiting Violations
So apparently Lute Olson was cheating during his closing years in Arizona. The NCAA just handed down penalties on the Wildcats, forcing Arizona "to vacate up all 19 wins from its 2007-08 season, as well as eliminate another scholarship in 2012-13." Allegations included "whether former UA coach Lute Olson impermissibly aided the event’s finances by soliciting booster support."
Arizona (unlike you know who) is not appealing the punishment.

It is interesting
IMO I never thought health was 100% of the reason behind Lute retiring. He seemed like he wasnt happy at the end, I thought more with players but maybe himself too (this is my opinion, absolutely no evidence to support my theory)
