Every coach that goes to a prgram has to win over the players who are in it. 'I'm a UCLA Bruin just like you are. I'm privileged to say this is my school.' There is comfort in that I've been in each of these kid's homes. I've got relationships with their parents. I can dig a little deeper, having had that relationship.

When I hear Neu talk, I often get the impression that he really liked marketing his programs at CO and UW, but LOVES marketing his program here. That’s a level of enthusiam that is infectious, wins over recruits, and is very hard to fake.
Loving CRN.
Somewhat skeptical about the hire when it happened. 100% sure that it was the right hire now.
