Aikman, the 43-year-old former quarterback who starred at UCLA and led the Dallas Cowboys to three NFL titles, dove right into the controversy surrounding new USC head coach Lane Kiffin, whose hiring of former Tennessee Titans assistant Kennedy Pola is the subject of a lawsuit.
In his two years at UCLA, Aikman recalled, one of his big frustrations was UCLA's inability to beat USC, which defeated the Bruins in 1987 and 1988, when Aikman was UCLA's starter. "I realize why we could never beat SC," Aikman said. "We didn't steal any coaches from the NFL."

Troy got my hopes up yesterday
he joked with a TMZ reporter he was going to do Dancing With the Stars. I would have enjoyed watching him… well I like watching the show period but I would have rooted for him, as long as I ignored the fact he was a Cowboy.
He said he wouldn't do it
And he certainly wouldn’t do it during their fall season. I haven’t watched in the last couple of seasons, but I would have to watch should he ever change his mind. And for years, I have been trying to get Mr. BB to have respect for Mr. Aikman, but he will never get past the Cowboy part either.

I like the other dig at Kitten
Weinbach makes this observation about lame…
“dressed in slacks and a slightly wrinkled, red button-down, was the only head coach not wearing a jacket”
Guess he didn’t get the memo from Larry Scott.
