I’ve read that he’s signed with…Bornova(spelling?), which is Shipp’s former team in Turkey. If he could find a spot in the NBA I think the team that gives him a shot will be pleasantly surprised.

Putting away my obvious bias for a great Bruin like him, it is not bad for a NBA team to have a 3 point assassin at the end of their bench. Hopefully he can make it in that position or something better. (It doesn’t hurt that he is 6’5" either.)

I wonder if he's bound to go play in Turkey

according to this he signed with bornova, maybe the summer league is just to practice? It’d be awesome if he had the option of staying here if the raptors would sign him.

Don’t know but it seems unlikely that Toronto would be helping Turkey. Maybe the contract was contingent on him not getting an NBA deal.

he's probably not bound

what happens with a lot of European teams is that they will sign a guy, but have a clause that if he makes an NBA roster he will be released from such contract.
