Another excellent interview by Gold. Anthony Barr talks about playing "F Back" and enjoying his first few days of a Bruin.
Loved how Barr ended the interview when he was asked about the "best" and "worst" part of being a freshman. Instead of writing out his answer, you should watch it to hear his perfect response.
GO BRUINS.

I actually thought the dorm food was pretty good also.
My thoughts exactly

it's not an act..
i took a session A summer school class with barr and most of the freshman class and barr was always quiet and always presented himself with class.

B2 Delta Terrace
Moved in there as fresh the first year it opened. Then moved over to A4 Canyon Point for sophomore year. Amazing memories.

It's nice
that you kids got to chill at the resort while the rest of us had to toil in soviet-style army dorms with a 1/4 inch rotten carpets over concrete floors. That, plus you escaped pre-med? That just ain’t right.
But hey, what do I know. I’m just the 800 lbs bruin in the room.

UCLA’s dorm food is actually pretty good. I read somewhere that we have one of the better cafeterias in the nation.
Maybe now
But back in the early 90’s, the food in the halls was horrendous, that’s why when Sunset opened there were huge lines. I remember the awful “chicken cycle”: grilles chicken on Monday, then Jamaican chicken, then sweet and sour chicken, finishing with chicken mole on Friday…yeah, any doubt the chicken was recycled?
But hey, what do I know. I’m just the 800 lbs bruin in the room.
