DT Brandon Willis transferring from UNC to seemingly either UCLA or sC
His father has taken a job in Southern California and Brandon is moving to be near him. He originally committed to Tennessee, but backed out after the Kiffin debacle. UCLA was one of three finalist of his before he chose UNC.

Unfortunate loss but GREAT news for us
He strongly considered us all the way down to Signing Day, and now that he’s moving out to Southern California, we have a great shot at him. There’s no way he’d sign with SC, after Kiffin turned his back on him like that. Would definitely make the sting of losing Shirley go away
Willis is a great player. Watched him in the Army game as well as a high school game on ESPN. He also hates the Ogre and hated that the Ogre tried to get him to come to $c.
Both Willis and his father were rather outspoken about how slimey that staff was.

Apparently
the la times is reporting that he has already decided to transfer to UCLA. A talented recruit that’s probably pissed at lame kitten? Sounds good to me.
Unfortunately he would have to sit out this year, wouldn't he?
So he doesn’t completely stem the loss of Shirley of course.

This ALMOST makes up for Brandon Warner and Mobley from Ohio State who is at U of A. HUGE news at a position of need. Hopefully he doesn’t get dicked arond by admissions like Mobley did.

but gotta feel for the kid and the family as he recently lost his mom in April. However, you just gained a whole lotta family in Blue & Gold.
His mom died 2 years ago, but I'm sure it still stings. Great pickup for the Bruins.

They say he’ll greyshirt this season after being denied admission to SMU.
Good to see some reinforcements set up on our lines for next season.
Off topic:
The 2009 game between Tulsa and Houston is on CBS College Sports HD at the moment. It looks like it is going to run till about 10:30.
We are playing Case Keenum (the Houston QB and dark horse Heisman candidate) and company at home this year and so far the game is pretty interesting… Their defense looks bad, but their offense looks like it will be tough to stop. Keenum has a great a feel for where to go with the ball.

that game was the CRAZIEST game I’ve EVER seen. wow. that ending. just wow. For some reason I missed the news on that game last season. Don’t look up the score or read about it, just try to watch it.
