Official video recap featuring comments from Richard Brehaut, Joe Fauria and Patrick Larimore.
While I am tired of the cliches, I do appreciate the effort I have seen from guys like Brehaut and Fauria. My hats off to them.

One positive take-away for me:
Mrs. Bruinut and I got to meet and watch the game with Mr. and Mrs. Class of 66. Shared frustration is always better than private frustration.
p.s. 66 called both TDs to Fauria as UCLA broke huddle. This, I believe, puts him in the lead for next HC.
What makes you think
we were in control before?
Why, just this morning, I had a double shot of Metamucil. No stopping me now. No, wait—that’s much too close to literal truth.
Sort of Numbing
I missed the game last night but i tried to follow occasionally on my phone. Things did not look good on the threads… Having not watched the game, these “highlights” really are neatly cherry picked considering we were dominated. OTOH it’s nice to see that we have players that can make plays. If only we didn’t have an inept coaching staff…
Does anyone know if any player got injured last night?
We just got rolled by 26 points, and our best players feel
we just need to “keep doing what we’re doing, and clean up little mistakes.”
Listen. This wimpy attitude/low expectation will not be tolerated by a Mike Leach.
Heck, our Bruin Honor Students and “A” Students don’t even talk like that relative to their grades.
“We’re no where near where we need to be to win this conference. Next game is huge”
I would have preferred that kinda flavor.
It’s hard, however, to make a full assessment of their mindset without the full story.
I’ll tell you what, though, I think now have a better appreciation or understanding, or empathy with Rick’s previous exclaimation: “I can’t be the only one who cares”. These kids sound too self-satisfied for my tastes. They sound like my own children who are the same age, and sadly, squander their own full potential.
Could it be that we just don’t have the overall mindset or overall attitude required to win the conference?
