I feel like everyone has the two same goals  - fire Rick and fire Dan. But what a lot of people don't seem to realize is the root of the problem - the administration. If we fire them both together, an interim AD, or worse, the administration will hire a new coach. This has been the problem all along! We either have a coach who is a puppet of the administration or a coach that is handcuffed by the administration.

CRN has been handcuffed. He is a proven winner and a Bruin through and through. But on day one at UCLA, the current leadership, including DG, told him who he had to hire and how he had to run his program. He was set up to fail!

We need an AD who will act under his or her own discression and not be a puppet. We also need to let this AD hire his/her own football coach. The last thing we need is a new coach and a new AD that have the same dysfunction and dynamics as the current coach and AD.

Becuase of this, I think we need to focus our efforts on getting rid of DG. Let Rick finish his season and let a new AD make a decision on his future and the future of the program. Let's not have a new AD locked in to the administration's (likely) poor choice of a new head coach.
