Appreciating UCLA's "Operation Mend"
On this day it is worth appreciating one of the more amazing programs out of UCLA (spotlighted on BN before).
The piece from Huffpost linked above has more details on a program, which has become a model for other medical institutions interested in helping additional wounded service members.

Reading something like this makes me more proud to be a Bruin than any athletic victory ever could. I am honored to be associated with an institution that does such great work on behalf of veterans.
