I hate to bring this up, but you can't ignore the three Final Fours. You can't ignore the vastly improved (yes, on paper) team last year. You also can't ignore that the team tonight started 3 non-starters from last year, 2 of who were not even on the team. I give them through Maui to gel.

At that point, its panic time.

Our offense wasn't terrible today, we found Josh inside and later in the game started to make some shots. What worries me is the defense. CBH is without a doubt a defensive coach and the fact that his team is giving up over 70% shooting to a mid-major any team. If we can't figure out the defensive side by Maui then it is time to panic. 

We know the team has talent, I give them more than a week to translate that into wins (or just a win). I am as furious as anyone about the two god-awful performances against extremely mediocre opponents. That being said, I will give it more than a week.

A loss to Chaminade could be the biggest disgrace this program has ever seen. A loss to Chaminade results in firing Ben Howland. It pains me to say that, but 0-3 with losses to a low major, a mid major, and a D-2 school? Unacceptable. A loss to Chaminade mean we need a new coach. Period.
