This is a quick one, just my opinion on who the next coach should be: Chris Petersen.

For those who don't know him by name, Petersen is the coach of Boise State and has been since before the famous Fiesta Bowl game against Oklahoma 6 or 7 years ago; with the hook and ladder and statue of liberty plays. Yah, that guy. (Sorry I couldn't find a link to just the hook and ladder play)

Petersen is proven and would be moving to a much, much bigger school with an infinite amount more of resources. No, we do not have a blue field but we do have a beautiful location, lots of history, a fantastic campus, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. There was a lot of hype around CRN (or should I say, former CRN!!) but he had no proven results. Petersen has led multiple teams to BCS bowl games from non-AQ conferences. That is more than enough proof for me.

Plus, CCP looks pretty good to me...
