BN Gameday: Oregon Second Half Thread

He'd probably be more helpful if he was playing QB. (Photo by Steve Dykes/Getty Images)

We just one more half left in the Rick Neuheisel era in Westwood. After the first half UCLA is down by a score of 17-35 (box score). We had some "moments" for sure in the first half. It was fun when Patrick Larimore had a pick 6 with a spectacular drive into the end zone.Tresey's defense actually showed some signs of life early on with couple of takeaways. Then a flea-flicker from Kevin Prince to Nelson Rosario gave us a little hope.

However, Oregon is too fast, too skilled and way too polished of a team. Despite closing within 14-21 the Bruins appeared to be done in early with our typical bumbling, stumbling atrocious performance on both sides of the field especially on the road Really at this point there is nothing that needs to be discussed and highlighted about this game. It is serving as a reminder for why we have been calling for a wholesale regime change the entire season.

"Let's have a real good time." Have at in our second half thread.

GO BRUINS.

I know we have no chance of a W

But I’m actually enjoying this. This is the best I’ve seen this team all year by far even though we are down by 18 or whatever. This team is playing their hearts out

We have played with heart,

but we are getting killed on 4th downs. We are just not ready or out of position on almost all the key plays. And the Pistol is pitiful, especially when we use it for short yardage up the middle as we have done ad nauseam the past two years.

And one dumb ass question. Why oh why do we throw to Fauria so rarely?

But, as usual, the talent is there … Except at quarterback. If only KP was as talented as he is gritty.
