Thanks BN Moderators
Misery loves company. This site was started, I believe, in 2005, during the death throes of the Karl Dorrell era, but also during the final 4 run in basketball.
Now, here we are, in 2011, having survived Karl Dorrell, only to have worse results with Rick Neuheisel and an uncertain future at best with Jim Mora. And the basketball program wheels have now spun off. There are 2 common denominators throughout this period.
First, on the negative side, this has all happened on Dan Guerrero's watch. And Chancellor Block continues to be indifferent to the slide in attendance and donations, making him an enabler at best and a co-conspirator at worst. Second, on the positive side, this continues to be the go-to location for hard news and insightful analysis on Bruin sports.
Thanks Nestor, G, DC and all the rest for putting in all the untold hours to keep this going, and giving us a sense of community which is missing elsewhere in our interactions with our alma mater. Here's to 2012.
I would say that it can't get any worse, but that would be tempting fate. In the meantime, we still have Bruins Nation. Thanks again.
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of BruinsNation's (BN) editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of BN's editors.

Definitely grateful for all that you guys do!
I’ve only made a few posts (8 to be exact) but all of you do a good job of making us feel at home. No day is complete without a visit to Bruins Nation! Keep up the solid work
Yes! Thanks!
So glad to see this post. I’ve been looking for an opportunity to express my appreciation to Nestor and the BN leaders. I am very thankful for this site and the dedication of those who maintain its high standards.
Thank you.

Back at you all
We appreciate all the amazing contributions from all of you who keep this community growing. We take some heat from few corners for being frank and up front, but given the overwhelming number of support, it is clear that our discussion and thoughts on UCLA matters have been gaining traction. Let’s keep it going. This place will be rocking even more when the Bruins are back on top.
Happy New Year to you all. Thanks guys.

This place keeps me sane, knowing that there are many other suffering Bruins out there and there is always great insight to be shared here. Happy New Year all!

yes definitely! Thank you very much...
LA is so full of hacks like TJ Slimer and C Foster that it is great to have an inside source gathering and sharing information of the things that matter a lot to us… our bruin sports! thanks for being there in good times and bad….
