As Chianti Dan takes another vacation "attends a conference" in New York, Illinois is zeroing in on Tim Beckman.
Beckman is a 2* coach according to the CBTN methodology that we discussed in an earlier post. I'm not advocating that Chianti Dan hires Beckman, but he has a reputation as an up-and-comer. There is no guarantee he will be successful, but another athletic director with a plan is zeroing in, as opposed to Chianti Dan's inept search.
