UPDATE (BN): The title of this thread has been updated. We think this is most likely a fishy rumor just like the Greg Robinson drama. The only media source that has pushed this story is none other than an LA Times "UCLA beat reporter" who has been discredited numerous times on this blog for his shoddy reporting and anti Bruin agenda. Right now unless there is a credible reporter who verifies this rumor, there is no reason to panic over it.

2nd UPDATE (BN): Jon Gold also posted that Seto "interviewed with UCLA for its defensive coordinator position." He added that Seto was part of a large pool which included 10 candidates. The leak of this information coming out on eve of signing day is more than fishy. The question is who is doing the leaking?

3rd UPDATE (BN): Tracy Pierson from BRO is now also treating the Seto to UCLA as Bruin's new DC story seriously. Unfortunately it's no longer just a fishy rumor. We will wait for more definite information.

According to the rumor mill, which is going bonkers at the moment, a born and bred Trogan with DC "experience" under Pete Carroll. The various pay sites and BruinGold are going nuts with this and there are claims from USC sources that the hiring is "close to being done, if not already."

My thoughts to get things started: if it's true, then Rick, with as hot a seat as he's on, has some ginormous balls to burn political capital the way he would be by hiring a person who is ketchup and mustard through and through like this guy.
