$UQ Coach O'Neill Suspended Rest of Pac-10 Tourney
For those of us in mourning, alas, there is positive news from the Pac-10 Tourney and DukeTV (ESPN). It is reported that $UC Coach Kevin O'Neill was suspended by Pat Haden for the rest of the Pac-10 Tourney for getting into a verbal altercation . . . allegedly . . . with a booster from "The Standard."
It's my pleasure to be there bearer of bad news:

Larry Scott is not just a bad commissioner, he is a liar and a hypocrite.
Scott was quoted in the ESPN article saying that he agreed with Ethical Pat’s decision to suspend the coach whose name I can’t even recall. When Scott added this little tidbit, though, my blood pressure went up a few notches: “It’s our highest obligation and responsibility to set a good example for our student-athletes as we prepare them for productive lives beyond college athletics.”
OK, let’s see what you’ve done about the thuggery and cheating across town. How about Joe McKnight and the SUV? Hmmm? How have you set a good example on that one? Don’t you have the power as the league commissioner to impose your own sanctions not withtstanding what the NCAA does, if it’s even investigating this stuff?
You have done absolutely nothing about the blatant cheating over at that place, Larry. So to say that it’s your “obligation and responsibillity to set a good example” is a lie, because you’re not in fact setting a good example. And now to show how concerned you are you say that you’re right behind Ethical Pat (who, I might remind you, Larry, was on the committee that hired Lane Violation." That’s just hypocrisy.
Now, about Lane Violation…. No, Larry, I’m not going to devote even a few more of the dwindling number of second I have left on whether you’re a liar and a hypocrite. Your record speaks for itself. At least tell Ethical Pat to hide things over there a little better so you don’t have to pretend you don’t know what’s going on.
I’m sure the next press release from Scott will be that he was much to busy nailing down the deal that got Texas into the Pac 17 to notice any of the ketchup and mustard stained scandals. Emperor Larry, your new clothes are really lovely. Really.
Again, $c basketball
takes it on the nose! The football team and coaches skate along in la la land with ethical (?) Pat in charge of cleaning things up. What a FAKE! Ethical (?) Pat learned his ways from one of the biggest cheaters tied with Cheatey Petey, John Mc Kay. Everything over there is a fraud! GO BRUINS!
