Despite being considered a potential lottery pick, Perry Jones is returning to Baylor for his Sophomore season. In fact, multiple NBA execs expected Jones to be a top 5 pick. Not only did Jones bypass immediate riches by returning to Baylor, he'll have to sit the first five games of next season as a result of benefits from his AAU coach. I'll admit that I wasn't extremely impressed by Jones when I watched him earlier this year, and I think this decision will benefit him in the long run. That said, I still think it's amazing think that Jones is bypassing lottery status for a second season in Waco, yet we have trouble getting potential second round picks to return to Westwood.
