This Sunday, April, 17 at 12:00 pm, the no. 21 ranked Men's UCLA Track and Field Team will square-off with the no. 10 ranked Oregon Ducks in a classic dual meet at Drake Stadium. As many of you know, Eugene is known as "Track Town USA" because of the enormous fan base the Ducks have for track and field. Oregon has used this home field advantage to edge out the Bruins at Hayward Field the last 3 years in a row... but the tables have turned.
This is the first time the Dual meet vs. Oregon is being hosted at UCLA in over 30 years, and the Bruins need your support. Come out on Sunday with your friends and family, and have some fun getting rowdy and cheering on your Bruins! The men's team is coming into the meet carrying the momentum from a strong showing vs. Texas and Arkansas in a scored triangular meet, and a dominating victory in a Dual vs. Tennessee two weeks ago.
Drake stadium can be a daunting place to compete for visiting teams, but the Bruins need your help in making the environment electrifying.
