There were plenty of great candidates for MIP--Derrick Rose and Russell Westbrook, namely--but KL get's the nod. All of his hard work really amounted to a historic season. He improved his ppg (14.0 to 20.2), rebounding (11.0 to 15.2), and 3P% (33% to 42%). Kevin Love was the also the first to record a 30 point, 30 rebound game since Moses Malone did it in 1982, going 31-31 against the Knicks. Kevin Love also recorded 53 straight double-doubles, the longest since Elvin Hayes had 55 straight in the '73-'74 season. Congrats, KL.
