While UCLA football had five members of the 2011 incoming class enroll early and participate in Spring Practice, this week sees the remaining new football Bruins come to Westwood and begin their time at UCLA. Along with incoming student-athletes in other sports, eleven incoming freshmen football players arrived on Sunday, beginning with orientation sessions and move-in to the dorms.
The 11 freshmen participating include center Jake Brendel, wide receiver Devin Lucien, running back Steven Manfro, defensive lineman Kevin McReynolds, tight end Raymond Nelson, quarterback Jerry Neuheisel, offensive lineman Will Oliver, linebacker Mike Orloff, defensive lineman Brandon Tuliaupupu, offensive lineman Torian White and offensive lineman Ben Wysocki
Today sees these new Bruins attend their first classes, as well as having their pictures taken for game programs and the official site. Tomorrow comes their physicals as well as a "Community of Learners" session. Per the official site, Conor McDermott did not enroll and will be attending prep school this fall.
