Man on trial for sucker-punching UCLA tennis player Jeffrey Fleming changed his plead to guilty at last minute when jury was deliberating. According to the Dallas Morning News: Fleming, after a four-week medically induced coma, "... has mostly recovered, traces of the injury remain. He suffers from seizures. He needs a note taker during class. And although he once had aspirations of playing professional tennis, Fleming said he gave up those dreams because he couldn’t train the way he used to."
