Is this enough grounds for another NCAA investigation? I was cracking up at his friends trying to shut him up.
I think he'll be 23 this year.
He is a 5th year senior. And please, you’ve never been drunk in public? Its not like he’s belligerent or puking.

Tyler claims he cleaned up his act
Earlier this year, Tyler was the subject of the southern cal student “discipline” process for engaging in drunken conduct directed at coeds which included a sexual battery claim (an allegation which Tyler denies).
The sorid story is here.
He claimed he was getting counseling. It appears that his counseling, if it was directed at alcohol abuse, hasn’t done a lot of good so far.
