BN Gameday: San Jose State Second Half Thread

Bruins are up against San Jose State by a score of 14-7 (box score). Yet we probably just witnesses one of the worst football in last 10+ years in Westwood (and that is saying a lot). Bruins are playing against a team that is one of the worst squads in FBS. These Spartans just were destroyed last weekend. They were 21 point underdogs and came into this game with their backup QB! Yet, the Bruins seemed to be going through the motions and sleep walking through a sparse looking Rose Bowl. The offense looks out of sync and the defense looks vanilla and slow.

If the Bruins want to put together a successful season in 2011, they need to get their act together FAST. This means they need to start playing with a sense or purpose, focus and determination. If they don't get their act together starting in the first drive in this upcoming second half, it is going to be a very dark and gloomy year in Westwood.

GO BRUINS.
