Men's Soccer - Bellweather Game Tomorrow Night vs. UCSB
IMHO - Tomorrow night's match vs. the Gaucho's may very well define the Bruin team's season. Either the team turns the corner on the season or limps into what appears to be a pretty weak PAC 12 conference this year. A conference title isn't a forgone conclusion if the team's performance thus far this year is any indicator.
I was so mad witnessing the LMU match I bit my blogging tongue. But this author's assessment of the Bruin's play Sunday vs. LMU has me extremely worried as I saw pretty much the same thing.
Hope to see a few (well...more than a few!!) of you out there tomorrow night. Rest assured, there will be a lot of "Loco's from Santa Barbara in attendance.

Uh
This sounds very familiar (from the post you linked):
UCLA looks unorganized. They look like a youth all star team on the field with very little tactical work. Eleven individuals thrown on the field and told to figure it out and work hard. They will win some games because of the deep and talented roster they possess. But do not look to see them in the picture late in the NCAA tournament this season. I won’t get tired of hyping Kelyn Rowe! He is the real deal and needs a team with structure in order to show his complete arsenal. We will see what the Bruins are truly made of this Friday night in their clash with UCSB.
I don't get why a soccer blog is writing about our football team
Do they have their fútbol/football mixed up?
Interesting Comment BruinsRUs!
I have been reading this sites football columns all week and it’s uncanny how my parallels there are.
Case in point: CRN’s conservative decision to punt early in the San Jose State game….and our soccer team playing possession for the final 15 minutes of the LMU game rather than attempting to get the 3rd and decisive goal…..playing with a man advantage. We were fortunate not to tie the LMU game as the team gave up at least 3 set pieces to LMU – the only aspect of LMU’s game where they were dangerous.
Ugh
This program is driving me up a wall. Again, this team is STACKED. There is no reason not to dominate a weak Pac-12 and compete for a national title. Way too much talent and experience for anything else.
