Reeves Nelson, Anthony Stover handcuffed by UCPD despite committing no crime
Reeves Nelson was cited by UCPD last night for driving without is headlights on. He and Anthony Stover were handcuffed for "officer safety"

On Bruintalk radio AM570 after Saturday's game, they said Reeves was driving his car in Westwood on Friday night with Anthony Stover when the police pulled him over for not having his headlights on. Upon seeing two 6-9+ guys in the car, the officer decided to handcuff the two on the side of the street... Reeves was not under the influence, was driving his own car, and ended up getting no criminal charges, so said reaction by the officer was completely unwarranted.
