CNN and Dr. Sanjay Gupta had story that aired today about UCLA student Scout Bassett who has overcome getting her leg amputated as a child to participate in triathlons and other endurance competitions. The story does not profile her as a UCLA student I definitely remember seeing her on campus where she was an RA and many students on campus within the last couple years I am sure can remember seeing her walk around campus as I do. Way to go Scout!
