Rick is a coward, pure and simple. He’s so afraid of failure, that it paralyzes him from making no-brainer changes, or taking even the slightest risk. Constantly starting Prince when it’s clear he’s not ready, sticking with the same underperforming starters year after year, not allowing the defense to TACKLE in practice? WTF does rick expect on Saturdays when the defense practices flag football M-F? So frustrating… I’m all for firing the coward right away if he won’t grow a pair. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but if what Jon Gold says in the video is true, I’d rather have Hello Kiffen than Rick as a coach right now.

And the reference to Coach Lea – this is the second case of an assistant coach alluding to Rick’s pansy-ish and indecisive ways, after Mike Johnson’s implied discontent with the starting QB debacle.
