In Week 1, Tennessee plays at Jacksonville (1pm Eastern), and watch three Bruins on defense play two Bruins on offense. That'll be a hard game to watch!

Congratulations also go out to Marcedes Lewis and Maurice Jones-Drew, who were named captains for the Jaguars.

Unfortunately, Chris Horton has been cut from the Redskins:

I have Marcedes Lewis

I hope that works out for me. I’m going to get killed in my league, I don’t have very good RBs.

I took Mercedes too

It was either him or Niners’ Davis. I figured Niners QBs are going to suck all season (fingers crossed for that first pick and Andrew Luck).

I did pick Frank Gore over MJD. Wonder how MJD’s production will be impacted w his return from knee surgery.

Next year we should do an NFL fantasy thread.

I got Marcedes too

Gotta figure he’ll have a good year though it’s a crap shoot with a new QB. But they don’t really have any other receiving threats except Mike Thomas…

But hey, what do I know. I’m just the 800 lbs bruin in the room.

Pats released Lockett

He was hurt during the second game of the preseason; subsequently released following the game. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets signed to the practice squad later on in the season, though, once he heals up.
