UCLA's Darius Bell has switched fdrom quarterback to receiver. He played WR for the first time on the scout team this past fall.

According to Foster (and a few others) on twitter. Probably a smart move, since he clearly was no better than 4th on the QB depth chart. Hopefully he can make an impression
