If he's coming on 1/20 for a visit,

how is he going to enroll early? When does winter quarter start? Can he enroll in spring and not count against 2012 scholarship?

I think that as long as you enroll before the academic year ends (winter or spring),

you count as early enrollment. I could be wrong, but that’s the inclination I have.

I like how this kid can move within the pocket, buy himself time and can find the open receiver while under pressure. Nice touch on his passes, even when on the run. Can throw long or short with accuracy and touch. Can run, too.

Why the heck didn't we offer this kid?

He’s one of the top QB’s in the country and he’s from CA. We NEED solid QB depth and with our bad luck at QB, we need as many as we can get. And according to this quote of his from the linked article, we never offered him a scholarship but recruited him hard, why?!!?
