According to Edward Lewis, the Pac-12 apologized for the coin-flip fiasco at Arizona St.:
Jim Mora said the Pac12 called him on Sunday apologizing for Saturday's coin flip fiasco. He wouldn't elaborate, but said #UCLA was wronged.

Pretty interesting, but no details were given. It's not clear if it had to do with not giving enough time for the captains to get on the field or not assisting Jeff Locke with the terms of the coin-flip, but it's nice to receive nonetheless. Thankfully the screw-up didn't cost UCLA the game.
