This year marks the 20th anniversary of what I consider to be the best game that I have seen in the UCLA/USC series. Fifth-string QB John Barnes led the Bruins to an unlikely 4th quarter comeback. Bill Plaschke wrote an article on Barnes 10 years ago, on the 10th anniversary of the game. Vincent Bonsignore also has a story on Barnes in today's LA Daily News.
