Cory Harkey weighed in at 260, yet completed only 13 reps on the bench press. He was the heaviest TE at the combine, yet completed the fewest reps, drawing the question of what exactly the old strength and conditioning program was doing, because it doesn't sound like it helped his strength or conditioning. Let's hope it gets better under Alosi.
