To be fair
this massive renovation is largely of the foundation/piping/electrical work (aka stuff that fans won’t see). If that is all complete and they are just fixing up the facade now, I can believe that they might be done in 8 months. Then again, I have no idea how far along their are, so maybe you’re right.
I would take that bet.
I believe I read somewhere that the construction crew is working overtime to make sure this project is completed. If it looks like it might not open on time DG and CBH would put on a hard hat and put up some dry wall as they know they are on shaky ground.
If it takes them longer
then they are idiots for going with a renovation. Whole new stadiums have been built in less time.
But hey, what do I know. I’m just the 800 lbs bruin in the room.
FYI
there are more pics on the UCLA facebook page where somebody commented my favorite Wooden quote, “Be quick but dont hurry.” Yeah I dont think it will be done by then, unless they put on a full court press to use a basketball analogy. Ha Ha.
