Ishmael Adams is preparing for high school track (and his freshman season) by working with Olympic track and field medalist Maurice Green. "I’m mostly working on my speed, because that’s the biggest thing that changes from high school to college and college to the pros. I’m really working with Maurice Green, working on the weekends to off-set working on the speed with the footwork for football."
